Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, NPI number, phone number, facility hours logged, and IP addresses used to access the portal.

How Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively for CMS Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) compliance reporting, facility management, and audit documentation. Hours logged are shared with facility administrators and client administrators for review and approval.

Who Has Access

Facility reviewers, facility managers, regional directors, client administrators, and system administrators may view your data based on their assigned access level.

HIPAA Notice

This system does not store Protected Health Information (PHI). No patient names, medical records, or clinical data are captured. Only administrative activity categories and time records are tracked.

Data Retention

Records are retained for a minimum of 3 years in accordance with CMS PBJ reporting requirements and applicable state regulations.
